Albina provides bent and curved steel components to assist with infrastructure improvements all over the US and Canada. These projects are critical to strengthening and/or improving our tunnels (pedestrian, auto/train, utilities, etc), mines, bridges, roads, water wells, concrete support columns, etc. Albina provides bent steel components to various fabricators and end users to meet the requirements for their numerous applications / needs- most of these projects are critical in nature and partially or fully supported with federal stimulus funds. Most recently Albina rolled 147 pcs of W6 x 25# and W10 x 49# for the New Crystal Springs Bypass Tunnel in California. We rolled these materials the hard-way down as tight as a 6' 8" radius. The bending Albina provided will help provide the necessary tunnel support and framework. The New Crystal Springs Bypass Tunnel is part of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commissions water system improvement program. The pipeline is a critical link in transmitting all of the water from the Sierra and East Bay suppliers to the Peninsula and City of San Francisco. We understand the critical nature of the projects we provide bent steel for and will always provide the highest level of quality and service required for these very important projects.

In addition to the most common forms of structural steel, Albina Pipe Bending also bends other miscellaneous material types, like architectural rail cap, railroad iron, rounds bars, square bars, etc.
In addition to standard bend profiles, Albina is able to Sprial/Helix Bend, Compound Bend (Multiple Plane), Off-Axis Bend, and Elliptical/Parabolic Bend, etc.
Beam Splitting: Albina can split any size wide flange into "T" and straighten, in our profile roll bending equipment, to mill tolerances.
