Kickstands are Overrated We can manufacture your bike racks to specifications listed by architects. We have the ability to bend pipe and tube, flat bar, square and rectangular tubing, plate and all other forms of structural steel. A wide variety of mounting options, tooling sets and finishes allow us to produce a custom bike rack to fit your needs and specifications. We produce custom bollards for urban traffic and vehicle control, barriers and barricades, pedestrian security, ornamental landscape structures and bike rack solutions. We specialize in playground equipment including spiral climbers, arch caps, manufactured parts and custom design applications.

Custom Wave and Staple Bike Racks: Mounting

Embedded: Minimum of 10 inches in concrete, rebar not included unless specified.

Flanged: Flanged for bolting to concrete using rectangular flanges and (2) ½" diameter anchor bolts.

Custom: Albina can create custom mounts to the specifications provided to meet specific mounting needs.

Custom Wave and Staple Bike Racks: Finishes

Hot-Dipped Galvanized: Prior to galvanizing, the metal surface is cleaned so the zinc can adhere to the rack. The clean rack is dipped in 98% pure molten zinc and allowed to dry.

Powder Coat Finish: Prior to powder coating, the metal surface is cleaned (free from material scale and rust) so the powder coating will adhere to the metal. A polyester coating, triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) powder is baked onto the prepared rack to a thickness of 2 to 4 mils.

Stainless Steel: The racks are made with a #4 Satin Finish, not only giving the rack an appealing appearance, but helps to withstand adverse weather conditions.
