Albina Pipe Bending is an industry leader in structural steel bending, steel rolling and steel forming. Albina works with all forms of structural steel (e.g. angle, wide flange and I-beams, channels, rectangular and square tube, and bars), as well as virtually any other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. In addition to the most common forms of structural steel, Albina Pipe Bending also bends other miscellaneous material types, like architectural rail cap, railroad iron, rounds bars, square bars, etc. In addition to standard bend profiles, Albina is an industry leader in Spiral, Circular and Helical Bending, Multi Plane Bending, Off-Axis Bending, Elliptical/Parabolic Bending, and Offset Bending. |

Our metal bending and steel forming expertise allow us to produce state-of the art canopies and roof trusses, bridges, entry-ways and store fronts, stadiums and parking garages, plus much more. Albina provides bent and curved steel components to assist with infrastructure improvements all over the US and Canada. These projects are critical to strengthening and/or improving our tunnels (pedestrian, auto/train, utilities, etc), mines, bridges, roads, water wells, concrete support columns, etc. Albina provides bent steel components to various fabricators and end users to meet the requirements for their numerous applications / needs- most of these projects are critical in nature and partially or fully supported with federal stimulus funds. Albina Pipe Bending has evolved from a pipe bending company into a diverse bending and fabrication facility. We can do NQ1A Certified work. Some of Albina's fabrication capabilities include: certified welders and procedures using FCAW, GMAW, GTAW and SMAW processes, cutting, drilling, punching, sand blasting, painting, threading, end finishing, and flaring.
Albina possesses the ability to fabricate and bend a wide range of materials such as: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, zirconium, hastalloy, copper, brass, and titanium.
Albina Pipe Bending also has the ability to roll 5/8" plate up to 10'0" in width.
